Services and Bookings
Bookings made through our site or the embedded Jobber widget are subject to availability and confirmation. Pricing displayed on the site is for the scope described; additional work, parts, or unforeseen conditions may result in additional charges, which we will communicate before performing.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment through methods provided in your invoice.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slip Side Marine, its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
